To open and use a Soccer888 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

Soccer888 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts suspected of belonging to underage individuals will be suspended immediately, and all accumulated winnings will be forfeited pending satisfactory age verification. If age verification fails, the account will be permanently closed.

Each player is only permitted to hold one (1) Soccer888 account. Holding multiple accounts under the same identity is a serious breach of terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all winnings and balances.

By registering with Soccer888, you agree to:

• Providing truthful, accurate, current, and complete information — including your full name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number, valid email address, and phone number.
• Keep your information up to date when anything changes — especially the email address and phone number used for transaction verification.
• Keep your account password confidential. Soccer888 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
• Notify Soccer888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Soccer888 reserves the right to conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) checks at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your identity card, proof of address, and a recent bank statement.

Soccer888 offers a variety of deposit methods suited to Malaysian players. All deposits are processed securely through encrypted payment channels.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the player's own name. Soccer888 does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unauthorised source, Soccer888 reserves the right to freeze that deposit until satisfactory verification is obtained.

Soccer888 is committed to processing all valid winning withdrawals within three (3) minutes after a request is submitted — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal for casino and slot games is RM 20.
• The minimum withdrawal for Sports Betting is RM 50.
• Any active bonus must meet the specified wagering requirement before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, or to a verified bank account held in the same member's name.
• KYC verification must be completed for withdrawals exceeding RM 5,000.

For progressive jackpot winnings exceeding RM 100,000, Soccer888 may require up to 72 hours for processing and verification. This is standard industry procedure and Soccer888 will contact you directly to confirm your withdrawal details.

Soccer888 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the following wagering requirements and rules:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match on your first deposit up to RM 888, plus 88 Free Spins. Wagering requirement: x8 (deposit + bonus) within 30 days.
• Slots Bonus: Wagering requirements are set at x1 the total amount wagered using bonus credits. Different slots may contribute varying percentages toward the wagering requirement.
• Sports Betting Bonus: Cancelled bets, draws, or bets subject to early cashout will not count toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Only one (1) active bonus is permitted at a time unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.

Soccer888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage betting, or any method designed to unfairly exploit bonuses — may result in the cancellation of the bonus and any associated winnings.

Soccer888's Sports Betting section covers more than 30 sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (Thomas Cup, BWF World Tour, Malaysia Open), esports (Mobile Legends MPL Malaysia, DOTA 2, CS2), and many more. The general Sports Betting rules are as follows:

• All bets are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, unless a match is postponed or cancelled by the official organising body.
• Bets will be fully refunded if a match is postponed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time.
• For live in-play betting, Soccer888 reserves the right to suspend markets during a match to ensure odds accuracy. Bets placed before the suspension remain valid.
• In the event of a significant odds error — for example, odds that are far more favourable than the market due to a technical fault — Soccer888 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake.
• Parlay (accumulator) bets involving two or more matches with a direct correlation (for example, two teams in the same fixture) are not permitted.

• Winnings are credited to the player's account automatically and instantly after each round or game.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Soccer888 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or closure, along with forfeiture of all winnings:

• Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses or betting opportunities unfairly (collusion or syndicate betting for the purpose of promotions abuse).
• Using software, bots, or automated systems to play or place bets on your behalf.
• Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any content containing malware, viruses, or code that could damage Soccer888's systems.
• Any attempt to hack, manipulate, or interfere with the Soccer888 platform in any way.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activity to deposit into your Soccer888 account (money laundering).
• Sharing or disclosing your account credentials with any other party to allow them to play on your behalf.

Soccer888 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• Confirmation that the member is under 18 years of age.
• Confirmed suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Requests from law enforcement agencies or relevant authorities.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion).

If an account is closed for legitimate reasons (not due to a breach of terms), any remaining balance will be returned to the member via the original payment method within 5 business days. If the closure is the result of a serious terms violation, Soccer888 reserves the right to forfeit all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings, while complying with all applicable legal reporting obligations.

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, Soccer888 shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from use of the Soccer888 platform beyond funds deposited directly into your account.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond Soccer888's control, including internet failures, power outages, or natural disasters.
• Any act or omission by a third party, including payment providers, game suppliers, or other service providers.

However, Soccer888 is committed to maintaining optimal service continuity and will notify members of any planned or unexpected disruptions through our official communication channels as soon as possible.

Soccer888 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes that directly affect member rights, Soccer888 will provide at least 14 days before the changes take effect via:

• Email the address registered to your account.
• Announcements on the soccer888.online homepage.

Continued use of the Soccer888 platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your full balance before the changes take effect.

The last updated date of these Terms & Conditions is always displayed at the top of this document. The current version is Version 4.2, effective from 1 January 2026.
